Getting in on a pre-sale opportunity of any new development will almost guarantee a great investment. Great investment homes available for rentals located in the Hwy 3 corridor. Bangor Naval Station is currently in-processing 4,000 new personnel for additional military contracts; meaning a high demand for off-base rental housing!
Fixers
There are many opportunities in Kitsap County to purchase a below-market value home or duplex; renovate the property and re-sell for a substantial gain. Bremerton is a highly targeted area for this type of investing, as the city is under-going a major cleanup campaign, and the re-sale value of homes is increasing.
